We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for payments. Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on our website. It is essential for cardholders to retain transaction records and adhere to our merchant policies.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Refunds, processed within 10 to 45 days by the issuing bank, will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued exclusively through the Original Mode of Payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the trip. Once booking arrangements have commenced, no refunds will be provided. Failure to attend the tour results in forfeiture of the refund.
Payment Confirmation
Upon payment, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation slip within 24 hours. This slip serves as proof of payment for redeeming your tour package. Please ensure all travel details provided at the time of booking are accurate.
